How It Works

Clinical Assessment

A secure video consultation is conducted to review your medical history, BMI, current medication and overall health status. Eligibility is assessed in line with licensed indications and national guidance.

Suitability & Informed Consent

During consultation we will:

Assess clinical suitability
Discuss potential risks and benefits
Explain monitoring requirements
Answer any questions regarding treatment

Medication is prescribed only where clinically appropriate.

Prescription & Pharmacy Dispensing

Where treatment is approved, a prescription is issued to a UK-registered pharmacy for direct home delivery.

Injection Guidance

If you are new to injectable medication, structured guidance is provided to ensure safe administration and confidence with the device.

Ongoing Review (Every 3–4 Weeks)

Regular follow-up is mandatory to:

Monitor weight and clinical response
Review tolerability and side effects
Adjust dosage where appropriate
Confirm ongoing eligibility

Prescribing cannot continue without up-to-date review.

Ongoing Clinical Support

We remain available for non-urgent medication queries between scheduled reviews. Clear guidance is provided for urgent concerns requiring NHS services.

Treatment may be paused or discontinued where it is no longer clinically appropriate.
