How It Works

Secure Video Consultation

Initial consultations are conducted via secure video to enable appropriate clinical evaluation.This allows us to:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of medical history
• Assess BMI, eligibility and risk factors
• Review current medication and comorbidities
• Discuss treatment options and alternatives
• Verify identity
• Obtain informed consent

Medication is prescribed only where clinically appropriate and aligned with licensed indications, national guidance and professional standards.

Appropriateness of Remote Care

If remote assessment is not suitable or safe in your circumstances, we will advise alternative care through your GP or an appropriate service.

Prescription & Delivery

Where treatment is initiated, prescriptions are issued to a UK-registered pharmacy for direct and secure home delivery.

We may decline to prescribe where risks outweigh potential benefits.
